Pompeii buried in one day and miraculously discovered some 300 hears ago with it’s houses, villas, shops and taverns is a real trip back in time.
Herculaneum, much smaller in scale has still many artifacts telling you about the daily life of it’s inhabitants.
Oplontis with its spectacular villa of Poppea, the third wife of Nero, has some of the best preserved frescoes from antiquity.
You will be picked at your hotel in Positano and driven along Amalfi Coast past Sorrento to Pompeii with great vistas of Bay of Naples and Vesuvius. You will meet you private guide in Pompeii for the exploration of the most famous Ancient sites in the South.
Return to your hotel is planned for late evening.
